'hello, i immediately mailed the hotel after ordered and asked experessively for a bath; hotel gives clearly choice between bath & shower; this was confirmed; at the hotel owner says: a bath is a shower ; if you want a bath you have to write "vasca"; this is an insult; i have traveled 30 years & have never experienced this kind of behavior;'

'This hotel is situated at the outskirts of the academic quaters (University of Milan and the Polytecnic of Milan). There are various nice small restaurants close by (from cheap to medium priced). The rooms are not very big but functinally styled. The building is obviously not designed as a hotel. The lobby is downstair with the breakfast rooms. However, the breakfst is the best I have had in years - so many things to choose from and with an extremely good coffee.'
