'Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast options were ok, lots of options. Pool was really nice and comfortable (as a parent watching younger kids - the indoor outdoor pool room wasn't hot and stuffy as they usually are). The kids enjoyed it. Close to grocery store and some restaurants. Location is pretty quick to Sue Meg State Park and redwood hikes! Cookies in the evening at the front desk.'

'This was perhaps the best motel 6 I’ve ever been to; room was in perfect condition! Quiet air conditioning, USB ports, fringe and microwave, and large countertop was just some of the nicities. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. '

There are so many restaurants to choose from in the area that are walkable. And beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean. 'het hotel heeft ons echt verrast en de kamers waren in positieve zijn compleet anders dan op de foto. De kamers waren namelijk compleet vernieuwd en gemoderniseerd. Verder is het qua geluid heel rustig en je hoord letterlijk niets, dus ook niet de weg waar het hotel aanligt. Ook de wifi was prima en lekker snel.
In de buurt vind je overigens veel restaurants waar je heerlijk kan eten.'

'We did not plan ahead and needed a place to stay on the 4th of July. This gem of a propert had a room open at a decent price! The front desk staff had no customer service skills or information on the breakfast offered or pool.
We were able to see the fireworks from our room which was a great suprise. The breakfast was horrible very few options and messy.'

'It’s a great location and great hotel. Staff was quick and easy to work with. However, it’s unfortunate Eureka isn’t a safe walking area anymore, and the transients yelling all night or a dog barking in another room kept me awake '

'I had to wait a few minutes for staff to arrive to check-in, but they were wonderful to chat with and everything else went spectacular! I'll definitely stay here again. I'm sensitive to scents and chemicals and this place did not bother me in the slightest.'
