'Audrey is a great communicator. The place is very nice. Super clean. The distance is nice to downtown. It’s a two bedroom but there is a living room with double pocket doors to close off the room. And in the living room there is a sofa bed. This arrangement worked well for us because there was three of us all wanting our own space. 'Cute vintage feel to the house with modern amenities. Easy walk to the beach with miles of beach walking. Fenced yard was a real plus for traveling with our dog. Easy access to local towns of Arcata and Eureka for dining and shopping. And of course conveniently located for exploring the redwood forest, the real reason for our visit.This is a real gem and we will return if in the area for the future. '
