'Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy.'

'Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was close to everything. 5 minutes from 4th Street Live, 5 minutes from the ballpark and Angel's Envy. Multiple breweries very close by. The place was very comfortable and quiet.The not so great... A/C unit was broken when we got there. Scott came out right away to check on it and realized it wasn't fixable. He brought window units that night and installed them. Very quick to respond. His electrician was at the place on Tuesday to assess. We planned to...
