'This lake has the best sunsets! If tranquility is what you’re looking for, this property is the one for you. We stayed here 2 years ago, and when we knew we were going back to the area a second time, we immediately booked the property again. The dock is great for fishing, kayaks and a paddleboat are available to use (along with life jackets) the house is clean, spacious, and not too far from restaurants & shops in the downtown area.'

'Fathers and sons trip to the area for Cooperstown’s Memorial Day weekend activities. Property is within 40 minutes of Cooperstown. Plenty of food and grocery choices located nearby, in a quaint and quiet town. The house is located in an up and coming neighborhood and definitely stands out among its neighbors. The house has been beautifully remodeled and was perfect, with plenty of space, for our group of 10. Thank you for a great experience!'

Great time to be there (Just after Labor day. One Note for pet owners, There is no real place to walk a dog so needs to be transported off property to relieve themselves'

'The property is a large room in the back of the house with its own entrance. It's very spacious and comfortable and Dianne was very accomodating and responsive. I also recommend Nola's Restaurant just down the street.'
