'The double queen room was very old and outdated. Whatever chemicals they use to clean were so strong it gave me a migraine. The mattresses were AWFUL. By the time we got back from Mount Rushmore, there was no one in the office and the mattresses were so terrible we couldn’t stay. We ended up leaving at 11pm and continued on our trip. Will not be back!'

'Large gathering area. We had parents receptions there in the evening. Other non- associated groups there too and it worked for everybody. Breakfasts were varied and all offerings were great. Patio of the Rapid city location was gorgeous. Rooms were large and clean. My only change would be to add a set of clothing drawers (we were there for 5 nights).'

'Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work.'

'Spiksplinternieuw hotel. Zelfs in de wandelgangen rook het nog nieuw. Mooie grote kamer. Badkamer met inloopdouche. Lokatie is prima. Restaurantjes en centrum is op loopafstand. Inchecken ging vlot. Ontbijt is $8 per persoon. Heerlijk ontbijt, met roerei, worstjes of bacon, pancakes, vers fruit. Geen vleeswaren, wel pindakaas en jam. Reden dat er geen 5 sterren gegeven wordt is omdat de housekeeping niet goed geregeld is. We waren er 5 nachten, slechts 1x is housekeeping langs geweest. Je...

'Een schone kamer, makkelijk om te parkeren, mager ontbijt'

'The food in the small restaurant and bar was very good. We had no hot water at night and it was barely warm by morning when we needed to get to an appointment. I think there should be some money refunded when this happens.'

'When we walked in the room also smelled. The bathroom was not very clean, the walls and the paper was peeling off. In the shower there were hairs from other guests.'

'Overall a good stay, although the beds en rooms were noisy. Could hear the people in the room above walking around like the were situated in our room. Location close to main attractions. Breakfast had only a few options but was enough for us. '

'Dit hotel is niet aan te bevelen, we hadden er 4 overnachtingen. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt naar de receptie gegaan wat hier de bedoeling van was, antwoord we moesten de handdoeken en afval buiten zetten. Dan wist het personeel dat ze er nieuwe handdoeken er neer moesten leggen. Maar dat baten niet, we moesten elke dag naar de receptie stampij maken voor onze spullen te krijgen. Maar het bed werd niet opgemaakt. Terwijl ze het wel beloofd hadden om het te doen.'

'The staff was very accommodating. What I always look for is a long counter with the sink, hair dryer, large lighted mirror in the bathroom. Iron and Ironing board. Full length mirror in the room along with lots of electrical and USB plug ins. TV with CC. Good selection at breakfast. The bed not being too high. This hotel checked off each of those. When more than one person is staying in the room it would be nice to have a Folding Suitcase rack but I know they probably get stolen. There was...
