This is a 2-story home, so stairs are required.

All confirmed bookings may require a photo ID for guest screening. If using the garage, we’ll also need your vehicle info.

Quiet building = quiet guests!
No parties, no smoking, and no loitering in shared areas. Quiet hours run from 10PM to 7AM, and we strictly enforce them out of respect for the long-term residents here. There’s 24/7 security on-site and we take house rules seriously. (Any evidence of a party or smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fee.)
We have a pet fee of $150 for the extra cleaning.
- Security camera is outside the door, and a Minut/NoiseAware device is in the unit (don’t worry — it only tracks noise levels, not conversations).
