The place has potential, but felt like it was rushed to get to rent. The host was not responsive and had to be goaded into providing access information. The bathrooms were not stocked with showering amenities. I had to plumb a toilet the moment I got there before use. Two cabinet knobs in kitchen pulled out upon opening and I just ended up tightening all of them as the rest were barely hanging on. Also had to fix the kitchen spout as it was leaking above the nozzle when in use. There appears to be a missing screen door as soon as you enter exposing the water heater and is an eye sore to an otherwise decent place. A threshold is missing between the tile entry and the vinyl living room and creates a tripping hazard. No information about the place was made available (WiFi availability, gym access, etc). The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Not a complaint, but a note, the bed and pillows are very firm (I appreciated this). The shower head had weak pressure (probably a building issue rather than unit problem). There is plenty of street noise given its location, but the blackout curtains were helpful for sleep. Very walkable too Playhouse District and arenas/downtown or Cleveland St if attending for a school function.
