'Even after paying on Expedia for the room I had to pay the hotel an additional $13 to get the room and also had to pay $100 deposit on the room which Expedia had said nothing about and the $100 still has not been refunded to me after a wk'

'This was an awful experience. The only good thing was the young lady who checked me in. I could not check in early and I could not check in at 3 pm which was the check in time. I didn't check in until after 4 pm and then I took another type of room. I came to a Birthday Gala for my father's 90th birthday. which began at 5 pm. I did not have any bath towels! When I found an attendant, she replied they did not have towels... she said she would check, needless to say I didn't see her...
