'My room was not clean upon checking in. You have to sit dirty towels outside your room door in order for housekeeping to offer to clean your room. I had to specifically ask for the bathroom to be cleaned as I was told by housekeeping that wasn’t typically an area they cleaned each time the room was cleaned. There were multiple days where my children and I couldn’t eat breakfast because we are vegetarians and all they were serving was meat and bread. They require a $140 accidental fee upon check...

'This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The shower was dirty and for some reason there was a separate dehumidifier in the room! Not to mention that the head board on the bed was shredded. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky!! I do not recommend this hotel'
