'Pros: Very safe, quiet location with a variety of cool local restaurants (albeit in a mini-mall) that are less than 400 steps away. (Don't miss I Love Kolaches - I don't even LIKE kolaches but their innovative flavors made me a believer. Plus it's the closest place to get coffee).
