'The place seemed very clean upon arrival. The only complaint I have is one the fire alarm went off and they seem to not be aware that the alarm was going off in my room until I went down to the lobby and made them aware too. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on the table between beds.'

'This hotel was beyond PERFECTION!! We had business in the DFW area for a week and I was worried for the comfortability of my extended stay but Candlewood was beyond my expectations. The room was generously spacious with a full functioning kitchen full of amenities for all my cooking needs with cups, dishes, even pots and pans! 'The hotel room was large and the staff pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The room could have done with some upkeep- peeling wallpaper, chipped/cracked bathroom fixtures, way too much deodorized scent, etc.'

'I never complain about hotels, but this one was absolutely horrible. After finding cockroaches in the bathroom and room, which was terrible already, we couldn't check out on the day of our departure. The boxoffice was open at 12, while we had to leave at 09:30am. After calling and calling still no answer, even now hours later and after 12. We also got a smoking room while we don't smoke and it smeller horrendous. Would not go here if I were you.'

'Good overall stay. Had my flight cancelled so stayed here last minute. Up early and forgot my credit card and ID in the room. Got home that night and called them. They had them at the front desk and quickly mailed them to me. Excellent job by the staff there!! Thank you!'
