'I never complain about hotels, but this one was absolutely horrible. After finding cockroaches in the bathroom and room, which was terrible already, we couldn't check out on the day of our departure. The boxoffice was open at 12, while we had to leave at 09:30am. After calling and calling still no answer, even now hours later and after 12. We also got a smoking room while we don't smoke and it smeller horrendous. Would not go here if I were you.'

'Good overall stay. Had my flight cancelled so stayed here last minute. Up early and forgot my credit card and ID in the room. Got home that night and called them. They had them at the front desk and quickly mailed them to me. Excellent job by the staff there!! Thank you!'

'Check -in was easy and fast. Only thing was I requested for a first floor room away from stairs It wasnt honored. Although there was an elevator available and I was given a room on the third floor. I was not dissatisfied. It was quiet and not alot of traffic. The best thing I really really appreciated was the fact that their TV services offered the Christian networks. First hotel in over a year that made available theses channels.It was very clean and smelled good. They have work being done...
