'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'The building is a little old and the carpeting in the hallways is worn, with a dark streak in the center from foot traffic and age stepped into the floor. But, the service was good. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and efficient. The room itself was not carpeted, much to my relief, as I’d much rather stay in a room with semi clean hard floors than those with carpet that will feel dirty to the touch, no matter how much they’re scrubbed.
