'This house was just perfect for my family. It’s right in the thick of the beautiful historic homes of downtown Savannah. We were able to walk to most all of the sites of our interest and the accommodations were perfect for us. The house itself is old (obviously). It has some places throughout that could use some restoration, but nothing significant and certainly add to the charm. It’s filled with gorgeous antiques and all the modern trappings we all love. 'We stayed at Sand Lilly for 16 nights with another couple. We can't say enough about the place. The beds were so comfortable! The master suite was huge and modern, while the other bedroom was smaller. We grilled and baked just about every other night, and the kitchen had everything we needed. 'The cottage was perfect! Very tastefully remodeled up and down. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with an air fryer, panini press and everything else you could think of. It was a 1/4 of a mile to Forsythe Park. One block to Kroger and around the corner from a great coffee shop. It worked well for us. The off-street parking was nice, but you could easily get by without a car. I would highly recommend.'

The neighborhood is quaint and a few miles from the beach or downtown, but a quick golf cart ride to everything. 'It's a nice clean rental with modern appliances and it is well equipped. Convenient location. The only downside is that there really isn't anywhere convenient to park to unload luggage and stuff. The parking is way around to the side and you either have to bring everything through the yard (no path) or around to the front of the house. And since the "back door" is a sliding glass door you pretty much have to go all the way around to the front with all your stuff or go through a muddy back yard...

'This property is exactly as described. It was very clean and well stocked. Very spacious too! They are located right across from Forsythe park. We parked the car in the garage and didn't move it until we left Savannah. Pretty much everything we wanted to do and see was walkable. We did walk a lot of miles! Be aware the garage is very tight for SUVs. The only recommendation to the owners, it would be nice if wash cloths were provided. Overall, we loved this unit and if we come back to Savannah...

'Our stay at the Grant exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful furniture and design, convenient location, and so spacious! The kitchen also had everything we could possibly need (example, multiple types of coffee makers) and most of it seemed brand new. We will definitely be back.'
