I will definitely come back soon .'

'Very small rooms hotel has no lobby no restaurant breakfast serve by the front desk no phone to communicate with the front lobby you can only text them from your phone. Awful experience'

'Excelente opción y muy bien ubicado!'

'Excelente servicio y limpieza'

'Nos quedamos 4 noches, estuvo muy bien y el desayuno muy complaciente por parte de la chef'

'The room was extremely clean - fresh sheets, powerful and silent inverter AC, and daily room service. The location is a strong advantage, right in the middle of Provenza and Poblado. The breakfast buffet is good - fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, bacon, sausage, cereal, fresh orange juice, pancakes, etc. Friendly staff. The room was just a bit uncomfortable as is it very small, and the bathroom did not have a cabinet. Also, my room was the one closest to the lobby, so I sometimes heard people talking...

'Verblijf was fijn, mooie, fijne kamer, goede locatie, enige minpunt slechte communicatie over roomservice, twee dagen een poging gedaan en niet ontvangen.'

'In general a very noisy stay.. Too much extremely loud music in all restaurants and bars.of the hotel.'
