Bellerive is de meest gewilde gemeenschap aan de waterkant van Coeur D'Alene aan de rivier de Spokane.
Dit appartement op de derde verdieping heeft geen uitzicht op de rivier, maar het beschikt over alle luxe voorzieningen die u zou verwachten, inclusief het gebruik van de aanlegsteiger en de fitnessruimte. Dit eigentijdse, nieuw ingerichte appartement met 2 slaapkamers zal slapen 6. Kingsize bed in de slaapkamer met een Casper-matras, queensize bed in de 2e slaapkamer met een nieuwe Posturepedic-matras en een tweepersoons slaapbank met een traagschuimmatras van hoge kwaliteit in de woonkamer. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft. De wasmachine en droger bevinden zich in de flat voor uw personeel gebruik en gemak. De badkamers zijn ook voorzien van toiletartikelen, een haardroger en zachte handdoeken. Teakhouten meubels op het balkon met een nieuwe propaangrill. De woonkamer is voorzien van een gashaard en glazen schuifdeuren van vloer tot plafond naar het balkon, met verduisteringsrolgordijnen.

Volledig uitgerust appartement met 5 spa badstof badjassen, bordspellen, boeken, dvd's, strijkijzer en met alle gemakken van thuis, je zult niet willen vertrekken. Minimum verblijf van 3 nachten ..
Gelegen in de Riverstone Development, is het een korte wandeling naar Starbucks, bioscopen, winkels en vele restaurants. Ook de 24 mijl Idaho Centennial fiets / wandelpad ligt op een steenworp afstand. Het centrum van CDA ligt op 5 minuten rijden met de auto, waar u het CDA Resort, fiets- / bootverhuur, jachthaven, strand, restaurants, winkels en nog veel meer vindt. Gelegen op 3 minuten van de I-90 FWY. Vier fietsen en helmen zijn ook voorzien voor uw gebruik. Twee van de fietsen zijn geschikt voor kinderen.

Slips voor overnachtingen zijn te huur bij de Boardwalk Marina in het CDA-resort. Docks voor dagelijks gebruik in het appartement aan de rivier zijn gratis.

Beautiful Riverfront Property

This is our second time here, and will not be our last. Host is very communicative, location is great and while the condo itself does not face the river, you have easy access to restaurants and a nice river boardwalk for a stroll. The unit itself is nicely furnished, very clean and super comfortable. Extra bonus of a parking garage and quick elevators Highly recommend !

Nice getaway

The condo is very nice, though we wished it had been a river view. It is right on the river, so it was great, regardless. Restaurants in the building and adjacent made breakfast convenient for my husband. It was supplied with most everything we needed (but we do bring our own bath supplies). It was perfect since it was 2 bedroom. My husband and I sleep separately because of a snoring issue.

Beautiful facility, clean condominium, has all the needed amenities for a wonderful stay. The complex is iin a great location, great scenery. There are 2 restaurants steps away located next to the lake to allow for an exceptional view of the lake. You won’t be disappointed. Downtown is only a few minutes by car.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for our wedding weekend stay. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the pictures showed a view from the balcony overlooking the water and this condo faces the street. But, otherwise, it was perfect!

We were here for a long weekend. The property is well located and within a short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit. The property was extremely clean and probably the most well kept of any Vrbo I’ve stayed at. We had a little difficulty getting in but not because of the instructions. It was more due to our very late arrival. Arriving in the day would have been easier! Beautiful condo.

Beautiful condo!!

Coeur d’Alene was our last stop on our tour of Idaho, and it didn’t disappoint. We loved the city, and Larry and Rosanne’s condo was the perfect home base. This is a beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable condo stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, with the boardwalk right there and good restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend both the condo and CDA!

Only One Fault

This is a beautiful and comfortable home to make your own for a time. The furnishings and amenities are clean and modern and the home is airy and well stocked. The only "issue" I can name is that "Le Peep Cafe" is two floors below you and if the crowds waiting to get in aren't enough of a distraction, the SMELL of yumminess wafting in to your temporary home will make you rethink any breakfast or lunch fixings you may have purchased and head downstairs to get into the queue!! Very responsive and friendly owners and a beautiful and easy building/home to make your own while adventuring!
