Introducing Sawtell Sanctuary, where seaside tranquillity and luxury meet, nestled in the beautiful coastal town of Sawtell, NSW. With its immaculate five bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests, it is an absolute haven for families looking for a serene getaway.

The house boasts a striking layout with two expansive living spaces, one of which flows seamlessly into a high-end kitchen fitted with all essentials, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave, ready for you to whip up delightful homemade meals. A spacious dining area complements these spaces, making it a perfect backdrop for memorable meal-time conversations.

Our master suite showcases a luxurious king-size bed with an en-suite, while three of the remaining four bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds. Lastly, 2 single beds adorn the last bedroom.

Exterior living is as luxurious, with an outdoor grill on standby for those indulgent barbecues, a veggie garden for the chef in the family and of course our large self cleaning pool. Please adhere to the strict quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am in the pool and on the balcony so we are able to ensure our neighbours are not distured. We also have an outdoor toilet to use when in the pool or enjoying the backyard.

Your comfort, safety, and convenience are our top priorities. To this end, we’ve equipped the house with essentials like a washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron & board and free WiFi. We also take cleanliness seriously and ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.
