'Was not provided with the check-in information'

'great place, super food, wonderful selection of beer and polite and friendly staff.'

'vlakbij treinstation, ideaal wanneer je met het openbaar vervoer reist. hotel heeft een nieuwe eigenaar en alles is opnieuw geverfd en het interieur van het hotel en de slaapkamers is allemaal vernieuwd. ziet er goed uit. het ontbijt "continental"mag uitgebreider zijn o.a met kaas, vleeswaren en een gekookt ei. verder zou ik de menukaart ook uitbreiden met meer europese gerechten. 'Good, but unable to cook'

'Sympathic and helpful assistants, a simple but delicious bistro, a comfortable lounge, a great common kitchen, a 2-bed nice room for a good price, all in the centre of Berwick upon Tweed.'

'Colin and Lisa were superb and friendly hosts and the stay was not only comfortable and clean, but also aesthetically pleasing. The breakfasts were well prepared according to taste. We were delighted with our two nights' stay there and will hopefully return soon.'

'Absolutely lovely place! I’ve wanted to go here for a while for the pods with hot tubs and it did not disappoint! POD was very spacious, a super king bed was amazing! Very modern and comfortable. The hotel itself is really nice and in lovely grounds. We only had breakfast but it was also very good. We are looking forward to coming back!'

'Booking restaurant reservations for more than six people is via an automated telephone system which isn’t managed. Very difficult to book a table. Book on line should provide a larger table capacity selection or provide an email to request a table for larger parties not the telephone system.'
