'The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay. '

'I stayed for five nights at this Kasa. Check in process was easy and I never had issues getting into the building/Room. There is nobody onsite, but you can communicate via text with what appears to be a bot. There is also a virtual assistant. Location on King Street is the biggest plus of this unit.
