Elevated and looking out to a stunning ocean view, is a newly built property called “Tranquility”.

Cleverly designed and beautifully appointed, this 3 bedroom, two bathroom house has everything you will need to have a wonderful stay, creating long lasting memories with your loved ones while staying in this pristine region.

There is a games room downstairs with a pool table and second TV, this property has many extra comforts for guests to enjoy.

It is a short walk down to the beach and the beach access path right is located right across the street.

The views are breath taking, looking out over The Great Oyster Bay, white sandy beaches and big blue skies.

Much care has been taken in providing a quality design and layout, to ensure the most pleasurable stay is to be had.

Floor to ceiling windows will make it very hard to look away from this calming and beautiful view.

There are 2 bathrooms, one does have a bathtub. Wifi provided for you free of charge.

The lounge and living area is open plan and has an electric fireplace creating a beautiful ambiance on those cooler nights

There is a large sweeping sun deck, perfect for entertaining and having a BBQ or just sitting back with a glass of wine or two, taking in the view and listening to the waves.

The kitchen is well equipped and looks directly out to the ocean.

The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed, both bedrooms have beautiful ocean views, with direct access onto the balcony. The third bedroom has two singles or it can be a zip together king bed, and can be suitable for up to 3 couples. All beds and furnishings throughout this house are brand new for your enjoyment.

Please advise if you require a cot or high chair.

Perfect for couples wanting a romantic weekend or friends wanting an impressive location to get together, Also ideal for families, where you can take a short stroll directly in front of the house to the beach. The beach is shallow and safe for swimming and playing.

There is plenty of parking, with two undercover car bays.

The location and accomodation was great, but unfortunately the power went out more than a dozen times. Which put a damper on the stay especially during the cold weather and travelling with 2 young daughters.

Home was clean and well maintained. Lovely view and ocean wave sounds. 5 min stroll to walk along the beach. Very grateful to have been able to stay at this property and would love to stay again. Many thanks to all involved especially the wonderful cleaners!!

The only problem was that the intention of the property company was to make up the queen bed instead of the king this was easily sorted. Also, there was a $5 charge for an extra towel, which is unheard of in a luxury home. Otherwise the place was fabulous!

Great house, best appointed kitchen I’ve ever seen. I found it very over priced compared to other properties for the same money though. View was outstanding, however it does not have direct access to the beach. For 5 nights we had 1 towel each, which was fine, but only 1 bath mat to share between 2 showers and a bath. The property could have also done with an extra lamp in the lounge near the suite and a Bluetooth speaker. I was overall disappointed.

We had a beautiful stay overlooking the bay and sunsets. We also enjoyed the nearby beach access. The house is beautiful. We also appreciated the attention to details like the well equipped kitchen. We would love to stay here again.

A really spacious new home in close proximity to the beach and within easy reach of town ( 5 mins) and the National Park (10 mins). Definitely one to put close to the top of your list.
