'This was such a cute place to stay! It was perfect for my family and me. We drove some and used Uber when needed, which made getting around easy. Washington, D.C. is such a beautiful city with so many things to see and do. We hope to come back again someday. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts. 'Super cute rental. It was updated and modern. The bed was very comfortable with luxury bedding. The owners were really nice and helpful. Only two blocks from the Metro station so we didn't need a car. The neighborhood had many local places to eat and several grocery stores nearby. We will stay here again if we return to DC. '

However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. 'My friends and I had a reunion to attend. We needed to prepare food for an event. The kitchen was well appointed with updated appliances. The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. '

'Smooth check in, even let us check in early when we got to town earlier than expected. Had a problem with the key code to unlock the door and the situation was handled and taken care of quickly & efficiently.'

'Great location. This is a great place to stay if you are attending a convention because it is walking distance from the convention center. Living in the inner city of Houston I appreciate the eccentricity of downtown DC. My friends and I felt safe and had no complaints of the locals.'
