What an absolute gem!
We came in to Colorado Springs in the late afternoon on a rainy Saturday and settled into this cozy place immediately. In short time, family was over, and we were cooking dinner. Everything needed was available, and we enjoyed a very pleasant evening. After family had departed for the night, we stretched out our legs and marveled at how quiet and peaceful this little neighborhood was. That feeling remained with us throughout our stay. My mother brought her little dog along, and, when the weather permitted, he explored every inch of the backyard. This was the perfect place for our family gathering, close to everything, but isolated from the commotion of the city around us. We did not have any need to contact the host outside of reserving the place. I still want to thank Chad for the clear communication which made the reservation process so easy, and his generosity which made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. It makes a stellar property that much more excellent. We can not recommend this house, and this host, highly enough.

Immaculate and well stocked!
Chad was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was above and beyond stocked with all cooking equipment and appliances. All the seasonings you would need and even a load of snacks with juice/milk in the fridge. We only used the king master bed and it was perfect. The fenced yard was great for the pups after a 25 hour drive. Very clean and nothing to want for in this house.

Amazing home in Colorado Springs!
We enjoyed our week stay here at this lovely property. Home is exactly as described and pictured, felt like our home away from home. Chad was an awesome host, very communicative and provided us with many extras to make our stay even more pleasant. Home is also very dog friendly, we brought our 2 dogs with us and they loved the spacious backyard. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals, including a nice bbq in the backyard. Nice quiet neighborhood, perfectly located for all the things we wanted to do on our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Above and beyond!
This property was perfect. I wish I could give more than five stars! Everything was better than expected. We had everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable. The bedding and towels are high quality. Chad was very responsive and friendly. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay. Chad has lots of resources in the house to help you explore the area. We truly relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

stayed over xmas 2023. our kids live in the area. house was just as described, very clean and well kept. plenty of room for everyone, kitchen had all we needed for cooking xmas dinner. yard was perfect for our dog. communication with Chad was very helpful. we have used VRBO many times in the past and this was one of our favorite stays. hope to book again in warmer weather so we can take advantage of back yard.

Outstanding home! It is in extremely good condition, has separate living / sleeping areas, a fireplace to keep toasty in the evening, convenient half bath on the family room level that walks out to the fully fenced back yard, which was perfect for our critter! 🐺 Access to the garage parking was very nice as well! The neighborhood felt very safe and is located in the central part of the city. The host was so accommodating and thoughtful as to what guests would like when staying in his home! I will definitely be renting this one in the future!

This home was comfortable. The backyard was nice. It was perfect and secure for my Yorkies. The furniture and bed were comfortable. Towels and bedding were good quality. A True Home Away from Home
This was our first time renting through VRBO and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The host was amazing! He responded to all my questions right away, which really gave me the confidence to book it. The snack items, milk, juice, coffee were very appreciated. And our dog loved the fenced backyard. One of the best VRBOs we've stayed in!
So many unexpected (& very welcome!) extras in this house when we arrived - from kitchen staples (incl our fave coffee!) & drip coffeemaker (in addn to Keurig), to bathroom & laundry amenities. Ditto all prior comments re excellent response, direction & communications with Chad. Very quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everything we could need or want to visit. Highly walkable area - enjoyed many nearby trails, walking paths. On our annual trip with 2 of my brothers, some of our best memories were chilly mornings by the fireplace (so easy - just flip a switch!), and talking for hours together on the back porch as the day warmed up. Comfortable beds, homey décor, great directions on how to use everything. Probably one of our best trips together ever. Thanks, Chad!

The Best Vacation Experience! Highly Recommend!
Our family had the very best experience, staying at Chad's home while visiting Colorado. Fully stocked (way above and beyond expectations, we might add), very comfortable and welcoming, we felt right at home while vacationing away from home. Chad messaged regularly, leading up to our arrival and remained available for questions if we needed anything during our stay at his home. We highly recommend Chad's house for your next vacation. Chad's home will be the first home we request to book on our next trip to Colorado.

Communication with the property owner Chad was amazing! He offered lots of information on things to do in the area. Short and sweet: without hesitation I would stay here again, weather I was coming with my family again or coming with a group of friends. Extended review: This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed at! You can tell from the quality of the items in the home (towels, rugs, linen, mattresses etc), the cleanliness of the property, all the small details he has paid attention to that the owner of this property has put in a lot of time and thought into making sure the guest have a great stay.

The house was perfect, it is clean cozy with a well stocked kitchen. it is centrally located to attractions in Colorado Springs. We did some hiking and visited Garden of the Gods. Chad was a wonderful host leaving us coffee, orange juice and milk and very easy to communicate with. My pup loved loved the back yard. My only regret is that I wish I had booked it longer. You can't go wrong if you stay here

Great vacation home
We absolutely loved our stay! The bed in the main room was very comfortable. The most comfortable one we’ve slept in at a rental. Chad’s communication was on point and always very quick. He made sure to leave us lactose free milk and fresh orange juice in the fridge and plenty of fruit snacks and snack bars! I enjoyed lounging out back on the patio furniture. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. 10/10 recommend!

So Pleased
In addition to above the home had a warm and inviting feeling. Cottonwood park is a very short drive and was perfect for strolling. It also has a large playground and parks and rec baseball games in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped w/ seasonings. From the beginning, we had great open communication with the owner. When the plans slightly changed, he worked with us to accommodate our new needs. The place was very clean and fit all of our needs. Amazing Property in Colorado Springs!
Everything about this listing is on point! With additional bonuses thrown in. Everything you could possibly need at any time of the year is available for your use. We did not have children with us but there are strollers, car seats, pack n plays, sleds… all of the things you could possibly need for little ones. Fur babies? The yard is fully enclosed with a 6 foot fence so they are safe and protected too. Toiletries? Leave your shampoo, conditioner, face soap, hand soap & makeup remover at home, there’s plenty there laid out specifically for you in each of the 3 bathrooms. The added surprise of a new gallon of milk & orange juice in the refrigerator for us upon arrival and all the grab and go snacks were perfect. You don’t need to stop at the store for coffee, sugar or creamer either, they are all on hand as well as any condiments you may need. The property was spotless, the beds were amazingly comfortable. Our group was so pleasantly surprised. If there was anything I could change about this property it would be that we would have booked it longer. You will not be disappointed, if you are considering a trip to Colorado Springs, look no farther and book now!
