'I have stayed here before and simply love this grand historic hotel. I had a great room this time at the end of the hall looking out over the original Hot Springs. It is an easy walk across the street to the Hot Springs or over the bridge right into downtown Glenwood Springs. The staff are always amazing, including the servers and bartenders. 'The location is great! Beautiful keystone lake with paddle boards and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails right there. Shuttle to River Run is very convenient. Dog friendly rooms and common areas very nice. Staff exceptional so friendly and helpful. The building and rooms need updating it’s an aged facility that needs some TLC! Although spacious and comfortable needs paint, trim and new furniture badly!'
