'All of the above! The staff is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am so glad that we didn’t stay at one of the bigger named hotels. I am handicapped and was very concerned about not having an elevator. The staff helped with our belongings. I am looking forward to going back in warmer weather. Fairplay is such a nice town. '

We just walked in and got our room and went to bed. We asked for food reservations and things in the area and they were Right on top of it very quick to respond and had some great ideas. 'Was here for a girls trip on a very cold snowy weekend in January. Nancy and her new front desk mate were lovely! So kind and accommodating! Our room itself was nice and spacious, but our bathroom needed some serious upgrades. It does appear they are working on the upgrades as other photos of other rooms have much nicer bathrooms. But that did not deter us from giving it five stars. The location is perfect! Close to many ski resorts if you want to ski. We did tubing at Frisco Adventure Center...

'The perfect mini getaway not too far from home that allowed my husband and I to enjoy some peace and quiet. The private garden was perfect and the shared garden was adorable. Very clean, well kept, the hot tub was nice and toasty, and the lights in the shared space were a perfect little bonus that weren’t too bright so we could still enjoy the amazing stars. The bungalow had the best atmosphere as well and the products the hosts uses are so gentle to my sensitive skin and I fell in love with how...
