It is not easy to use or comfortable for a senior. They really need to get taller toilets and additional hand grabs are also needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant good. '

'The hotel was nice inside, but there were a lot of homeless individuals outside, and they blocked the entrance to the parking lot where we had to maneuver around groups of them to get to the parking lot. There is a a vacant building right there that seems to be the hangout. It didn't feel very safe outside. But the entrance to the hotel is locked and you have to use your key card to get in, so that was good. Someone must've called the police one evening because they showed up outside. There...

'A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. '

'Heel mooi hotel, schoon en grote kamers, maar helaas geen fijne lokatie. Er zijn veel daklozen in de omgeving. Alles om het hotel heen is dicht daardoor. Er rijdt wel regelmatig politie/beveiliging rond.'

'Adequate parking and good location. Beyong that, i selected 2 nights no smoking room. I got there. Only smoking ros available. Prepaid =screwed. So I stayed. Next day i ask if there were non smoking rooms avaliable. Yes... for an upcharge of 30%... really? Dishonest practices.'
