'I thought the room was surprisingly well-appointed. Decent location near to the airport and not far from downtown Portland. Vouchers for breakfast each morning was also a plus.'

'The bathroom in particular was not clean. The shower curtain was moldy and made tge bathroom smell terrible when the door was shut for a period of time. The baseboard around the bathroom was filthy with dust and hair. To top it off the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were nice and professional and took our feedback well, which is important.'

'The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. If I could ZERO stars!'

'Heel mooi hotel, schoon en grote kamers, maar helaas geen fijne lokatie. Er zijn veel daklozen in de omgeving. Alles om het hotel heen is dicht daardoor. Er rijdt wel regelmatig politie/beveiliging rond.'
