'There was only one staff at the front desk when we checked in, who answered phones and greeted guests. It took 10-15 min before we reached the counter. The staffing level did not seem to be appropriate. There was a lot of personal information being requested during check-in, more so than any other hotels we stayed at and did not seem necessary. 'Fire alarm went off and the hotel staff were unaware. There was a big convention during our stay, and many of their attendees made us feel uncomfortable. When concerns were brought up to the front desk, we felt blown off.'

'The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs.
