Not a good wakeup, but was really the only issue during the four night stay.'

'Dated and drab with cobwebs and a lot of dust in the room as well as outside (outside windows need serious washing as webs and dirt are across many). Areas other than lobby didn't feel clean. TVs are not "smart" and have no option to stream/cast from phones which is nearly unheard of now. That was a huge disappointment with kids. Positives: I was able to get 1 of the 2 EV chargers overnight, pool area seemed relatively clean, and river views are nice. "Kids eat free" is also a plus. Ultimately,...

'Excellent stay! The only concern is you can hear footsteps of the floor over .. it’s best to select the 3rd floor. Breakfast is excellent and tasty. Hotel looks as if it’s new, nicely kept and very comfortable beds'

'Clean, efficient and close to convention center. Food and drinks were great. Room was comfortable. Only disappointments: ice machines on only 2 floors of 14 story hotel; no room service; and no real glassware in room. Otherwise delightful stay.'
