'Clean modern new 2nd floor with kitchen/living room & bedroom with en-suite bath. Up 1 flight of steps to enter. Parking in driveway was convenient as was washer/dryer unit immediately outside door. Street had traffic passing through but not a major concern. Mostly small industry close by but no walkable nearby coffee shops or restaurants. Garbage cans were in front of sign for parking but I figured out where I was to park.'

'Property was clean and modern. Location is great in the middle of Bloomington but that comes with a lot of late night noise on busy party weekends. We used the unit because it had a kitchen and we needed to bake and cook for an IU football tailgate party. There was hardly any baking items in the unit. 'The room was exactly as advertised... clean, spacious, bright and chic. Nice location right on the town square! Was very comfortable. Great shower! I'd stay again.Young people from around town are rowdy outside at night, so be aware of that. You can hear them a little bit outside till the wee morning hours. That might have only been because it's summer when there are no classes.'

'Great place in a very convenient location to downtown. Easy to walk around and see the sights.'
