'Nice flat with walking distance to local town centre and few restaurants. Very clean, had number 4 on the ground floor and great outside space for breakfast or sun lounges on the rooftop. But also had some issues with dampness and needed aircon and dehumidifier switched on all the time. No extraxtor / ventilation in the bathroom or kitchen area contributed to that too.
