'We had a handicap room but the bathroom was not accessible the toilet was so low I had to help my grandparents off the toilet and there was no grab bars at all'

'Booked this hotel for a competition nearby. The pool was fine but the hottest had no real jets and just hit enough. The most disappointing thing was breakfast. The first day, Not a staff in site. Nothing refilled and I was there at 645. The 2nd day we got there at 9 and no cereal. One bagel. Not impressed to say the least.'

'Overall my stay was okay. I was in town for an AAU BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT I went to property about 1:30pm asked was it possible to be an early check in but unfortunately no rooms were available. But I asked could I still check in so when I came back the process would faster, which the receptionist agreed that was fine. Got back at 3:30pm there was a different receptionist at the front desk stated the supervisor stepped away and he was texting her to see the room was clean. I did wait about 10-15 ...
