'Everything started ok but once in the room I seen I was booked to a handicap room in which the beds were so uncomfortable that I could barely sleep. So around 2:00 in the morning wow going downstairs the whole second floor had a pungent smell of death was told later it was dirty diapers but I don't believe that because I have kids I've never had a diaper to smell like that. In the room since I couldn't sleep I tried to watch TV which barely hhad anything that you could watch because over half...

'Ac did not work in my room staff did nothing to help'

'The whole property in general was nasty and unkept. Our room was so dirty, sheets had crumbs all over them. The towels were soured smelling. When we walked into our room it was late and we were exhausted. The temp in the room was 60* we turned the thermostat up, but it did not help. We finally had to just turn it completely off and turned the heat on to warm up.. We also expect a nice fresh room when staying at a holiday Inn.'
