'We had a handicap room but the bathroom was not accessible the toilet was so low I had to help my grandparents off the toilet and there was no grab bars at all'

Nothing refilled and I was there at 645. The 2nd day we got there at 9 and no cereal. One bagel. Not impressed to say the least.'
