'A very good hotel with a modern, spacious room (toilet paper can be flushed) and a kitchen. In warm weather, you can cool off in the rooftop pool. The staff are also very friendly. The breakfast is excellent as well! We were always warmly welcomed by the lady who prepares eggs and pancakes for you. In short, highly recommended if you are staying in São Paulo. 'This hotel is not a luxury hotel but the value comes with the roominess of the rooms. I have stayed at this hotel about a dozen times over the last 20 years and it continues to be a great place to stay. The location is excellent and if you are here for extended periods, the large rooms with refrigerator, stove etc really makes it nice. Don’t expect luxury but you won’t be disappointed. '

'O flat é confortável, bem equipado, os funcionários do hotel são educados e atenciosos e a localização é perfeita. No entanto o flat estava com cheiro de mofo e no domingo 09/11/2025 por volta das 09hr da manhã, faltou água e com isso nem conseguimos tomar banho… o que realmente é desanimador, já que nem fui ao menos informado desta ocorrência.'
