'We have been several times during the past few years the hotel is in very good condition and the coffee is really good available 24 hours a day the breakfast has several choices that are good the rooms are clean the A/C and heat work great overall great place to stay we come sometimes for a quick weekend getaway from New York City will continue to come back. Great local diner and restaurants.'

'The room is small but fairly clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere. Bathroom has a nice size, no closet. Small cabinet with a mini fridge and tv, so the side. The staff were super nice and gave cookies when checking in. The shuttle bus was supposed to run from 9 to 9 but stopped at 5pm (the driver had left). I didn’t get to try the breakfast but they have tea and coffee in the lobby. Sugar, milk is on the table. If you don’t like the coffee, there’s dunkin and Starbucks nearby. The view is...

'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy...

'The room was acceptable, but the overall property is in disarray. I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best. There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now.'

'The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! '
