'Very comfortable, nice to have an onsite restaurant. Great breakfasts. Staff were very accommodating. Nice furnishings in the room - modern bathroom. I left my jacket in the wardrobe and realized 4 days later! I emailed and received a quick response. Housekeeping had it and it was posted to me the next day. Thank you so much!'

'Wonderful place to stay, overlooking the estuary and castle. Would recommend keeping the curtains closed if you have a shared terrace room - we had a few people drifting past taking photos of the castle when we were not dressed for such guests. '

'We had the private suit with bunk beds and it was just right for us. The room itself was small but it served its purpose for what we needed - a clean place to sleep and shower, because we were not in the room that much. What we really loved about YHA was the great customer service, the location, the cleanliness and sustainability of the hostel, the big communal area with lots of dining tables, sofas, great views, a bar and kitchen if you wanted to buy something or alternatively the kitchen...
