'Beautiful house, very well equipped in a lovely, quiet spot convenient for Claremorris and the airport. Small herd of alpacas in the field beside the house are a delight. John and Sarah were happy to help with anything we needed and were very kind and accommodating when a storm disrupted our travel plans. Would highly recommend.'

'We spent two lovely weeks at the Brownstown Lodge. The house is spacious and comfortable. It was a good base for our exploration of western Ireland. Thomas responded immediately to our texts. Jim and Mary were wonderful hosts. There was cake and a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers waiting for us upon arrival. Midway through our stay, Mary brought us a delicious homemade rhubarb crisp! We loved the peaceful country setting. We are in a hotel now in Dublin. . .missing the comforts of the Brownstown...
