'Overall the property was good, but when the sign out front says "Brand New Rooms" you expect that the room you stay in will be "brand new". Our room definitely could not be described as brand new. The carpet in the entry was threadbare. There was a coating of rust on some of the surfaces and the air conditioner unit filter may need to be cleaned.
