'The a/c didn’t work the first night. They fixed it for the second night and told us don’t go below 63 but it never actually got cold just blew air. The pool was out of service and the breakfast wasn’t what was advertised.'

'Everything was clean and comfortable. Gloria at front desk was just so much fun and welcoming.
A few lightbulbs were out in our room and I wish you had a hot tub but it was great otherwise'

'Beautiful property and comfortable rooms! Loved the waterfalls and landscaping. Enjoyed the live music, the sports bar, and especially the view from our balcony room which A. D. convinced us to upgrade to! He was especially kind and helpful. Stayed one night, would like to see that parking is complimentary if you've booked a stay. I can see having to pay for parking if one is only visiting the property and not paying for overnight accommodations. Also, it was raining and we had to load our car...

'This was my first time staying at the Gilmore Hotel and using an app for check-in. At first, I was a little unsure, but it was actually very easy once I downloaded the app.
The parking is convenient, but it does cost $40 per day. My tip: make sure you complete your check-in and get your parking code first.
The hotel itself is a really cute boutique hotel with lots of character. One of the best things is the location—there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking...

'Fire or smoke alarm was going off randomly all night. Front desk didn't care. They said "someone is vaping". Complained about in the morning and they still didn't care. They also charged us $75.00 for bringing a dog.'
