'Michelle, at the restaurant was great she got the staff to get a pillowtop mattress cover for our bed and we stayed another night. The frittata at breakfast buffet was delicious and enjoyed the entertainment every night at the bar. Our server Joe was wonderful. Clay greeted us when we first got there and offered and got a wheelchair for my husband and helped me with my luggage. He helped me and put them in our room. greeted us'

'The amenities were superb! The professionalism of the staff, top-notch! The restaurant, Old Hickory Steakhouse was fantastic! We definitely have this on our list of places to stay at whenever we are in Nashville!'

'Check in time was 16:00, I had booked 2 rooms, one was available at 16:30 and then we had to push them to give us the other room at 17:30. The reception staff didn’t seem interested and housekeeping were very disorganised! The rooms were very basic with no water, tea and coffee facilities in there and I had booked superior rooms! They did not feel very superior. The valet staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant bar was good and reasonably priced. '
