'Great atrium garden views from the 3rd floor! We stayed in the Cascades section and slept with our balcony door open to fall asleep to the sound of the water. It was absolutely fantastic! Even though it’s quite busy, the waterfall drowns out the other noise. Can’t wait to come back. '

'The room was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quieter than I was expecting, considering it's next to the airport. No hot tub and the pool is outside, but still a great hotel. '

'Check in time was 16:00, I had booked 2 rooms, one was available at 16:30 and then we had to push them to give us the other room at 17:30. The reception staff didn’t seem interested and housekeeping were very disorganised! The rooms were very basic with no water, tea and coffee facilities in there and I had booked superior rooms! They did not feel very superior. The valet staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant bar was good and reasonably priced. '
