'Very nice room. Bed very comfortable. Upgraded upon arrival for a reasonable price, with view of gardens and Christmas decorations. Blackout curtains great. Monday had very nice breakfast buffet. A little pricey but well worth it. Service excellent. Tuesday late morning was crowded with conference guests, and coffee shop too busy to bother with. Went out for breakfast across street, delicious and no wait, so I recommend more coffee shops in resort for number of guests if you don’t want them to...

'The room was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quieter than I was expecting, considering it's next to the airport. No hot tub and the pool is outside, but still a great hotel. '

'Check in time was 16:00, I had booked 2 rooms, one was available at 16:30 and then we had to push them to give us the other room at 17:30. The reception staff didn’t seem interested and housekeeping were very disorganised! The rooms were very basic with no water, tea and coffee facilities in there and I had booked superior rooms! They did not feel very superior. The valet staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant bar was good and reasonably priced. '
