'Hi! We love your property. Our Bellman, Corey was excellent in providing fantastic service. Your valet parking system is disgraceful. Sunday, May 18, 2026, we called for our car and 4 attempts calling for it, 45 minutes later it arrived. Your employee working behind the counter at the valet office, was so extremely rude. It was disappointing. There was a cart in our hallway for 3 days with hangars and a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper Zero. It’s the little things.'

'This property was honestly very disappointing and nowhere near worth the price we paid. The room and overall property feel extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and neglected. The room aesthetic was very old, dark, and dingy. The carpet felt old and dirty, the floors did not feel properly cleaned, and the entire place lacked the clean, fresh atmosphere you expect when traveling with family. Another odd issue was seeing open conference center chairs and random setup items sitting around parts...

'Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. Having said that, we will definitely consider this hotel at the top of our list if we do this excursion again. Rooms were nice and clean (not carpeted-loved that). Ample space and...
