'We are a couple who stayed in the Benoa room for 1 night and we had an excellent stay. The place was easy to find super easy check in and our room/villa was fantastic. The view is beautiful and to be able to see the lake is very special it’s very recharging and quiet. 'Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly at the reception. The cottage was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. Huge bed, spa bath, kitchenette and a verandah with the most amazing view. Ample parking on site. Location was great, close the everything...resturants, tourist spots and national parks.'

'Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising.'

'The cabin is very close to the next ones, as they are all on the same block and you can hear your neighbours easily. The beds were very hard, but very stylish and well appointed. Limited cooking options and tiny kitchen. The spa on the deck is a great idea, but you cannot change The temperature to make it any warmer.'
