The only thing that gave us a big surprise was that the bedrooms downstairs are not connected via an indoor staircase so those who stayed downstairs had to go outside each time they wanted to go up and down to their rooms. No city lights to obscure view of the stars here. Cows, horses, and other animals nearby make you feel like your on your own farm. Property is close to lakes, rivers, and the foothills of Appalachia. Large cities of Chattanooga and Knoxville are an easy drive away. '
