'I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault.
The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty...

'We hebben dit hotel geboekt ivm weekendje Londen en vanwege de goede ligging vlakbij luchthaven Gatwick Airport.Hotel ligt in het plaatsje Horley wat 10 minuten lopen van het treinstation ligt.Met de trein is het 30-45 min.naar Treinstation Londen Bridge.
Hotel is prima, nette en vooral ruime (niet gebruikelijk voor Londen) grote kamer en vriendelijke geprijsd ontbijt.Je kan kiezen voor een continentaal ontbijt of typisch een English breakfast.

'My husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. This fitted the bill perfectly, and I knew we'd made the right choice when I spoke to the Manager. What a lovely guy: friendly, honest, helpful, straightforward, and so easy to deal with. Many hotel managers could take a lesson from him.

'Was a little concerned when we couldn't contact anybody regarding Check In (They had a big wedding going on on the Saturday when I tried to call) - Call returned Sunday Am at about the same time that we went to make sure alll was OK which it was and we even checked in early - result!

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The room were great and the staf were also great. We had a little problem with parking our bike for the night because the recommended parking garage (which had free parking spaces for motorbikes) rejected us from parking there, because our bike were to big. The staf helped us and provided us with a secure parking spaces for the night. Even though it was a one time solution, one night solution from the manager is saved us from sleeping next to the bikes (custom made harleys in croyden is a not so common picture) and kept the bikes from parking on the public road for the night. Again many thanks for this. All credits to the hotel manager and staff. "
