'My husband, mother in law and two young daughters stayed here as a home base for a multi-day wedding event for a family member and it was perfect.We were in need of bedding for the pull out bed and our host promptly brought it down, and was friendly and welcoming during every exchange.The laundry machines had supplies and there were ample towels, pillows and even some popcorn and other snacks in the cupboard. 'The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. 'This is a great place to stay if you want to see Vancouver. The train is about a 10 minute walk, and you can get downtown fairly quickly on the train which is a huge deal to not need to drive anywhere to get to a train. There is a grocery store at the end of the street maybe a 5 minute walk. Bring your own bags for the grocery store.
