'The pool closes early. All activities were suspended due to winds. Adult pool only until 5 as they have a lot of weddings. We kept having to call for our drink at night. Very unhappy they told us the shuttle to town was working and when we got there is was not and cost 70.00 fiji money for round trip. Breakfast is good wish they had more drink options like mimiosa. 'The staff at this resort are by far the most friendly and helpful i have ever encountered. The scenery, wildlife and amenities are fantastic, the food is good and reasonably priced, the fish bar being our favourite. Solid wifi across the whole resort, adults only pool available, lovely beaches and the bure felt very luxurious, overlooking what felt like a private beach. 'Property has been neglected ( clearly for years) and in places poses safety issues. Broken Decking, lounges malfunctioning crucial pool toilets, etc etc. Paper receipts for every drink food etc in 3 piece carbon strips which frankly archaic necessitating some poor staff member to manually go through the slips from a Tupperware box and assign . 'My wife amd i stayed for a week and had the best relaxing week! We have a special diet and the staff/chefs accommodated every meal, and the food tasted incredible!!!! Also all the staff you meet are extremely nice - we feel like we have made friends. We absolutely recommend staying here - it is magical!'
'Everyday we got to explore another island which we were transported to by the staff with lunch and drinks towels and chairs and umbrella which they also set up thanks to Api. The room was amazing with indoor/outdoor bathroom. On our last night they prepared our soaking tub with bath oils and flowers. It was an amazing experience thanks to Fred our Captain and Asa our main concierge who made sure we had transportation back to the mainland for our early flight.'
