'We loved the studio and the neighborhood! The pre-check-in process was a bit cumbersome and the bicycles available for use had flat tires that wouldn’t hold air when we tried pumping them up'

'When I arrived for the first night of my two-night stay, i was shocked to find that the door had a numeric key pad and I was not given the code. Apparently the host forgot to send the code, the front desk couldn't assist, so I eneded up sleeping in the car for the night. I tried calling and texting the host all night/early morning to no avail. The front desk also tried to contact the host over and over, to no avail. It wasn't until 7:48am the next morning when I received a simple message,...
