'Check In was very messy… traveled a lot and never seen this. Lots of people waiting. Pool was closed and none of the staff knew why or when it would open. We were there for 5 nights, didn’t open in that time. Noise from the outside, clean sheets with a whole on the top,… small but disapointing things. Don’t know how this hotel gets such good score. Trust me, I am easy to satisfy and the hotel wasn’t hell but it wasn’t for sure excellent either… Good breakfast though and the restaurant...

'We did a very late check-in around 00:30am but this was no problem. Quickly received our room keys. Room is clean and spacious. Great bed. The breakfast area is a little small and took some time to wait and get a place to sit. The breakfast offerings are great with plenty choices. Did walk and sit by the pool briefly but didn’t take a swim. All looked well maintained. '
