'Stayed for 3 days at the hilton cabana hotel. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Two pool decks and the hot tub that stayed open late was great with close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Most of the staff was very pleasant. Antoine at the beach bar was attentive and personable. Samantha at that same bar was rude and ignored us when we asked for ice. They should have an ice machine on the main floor. 'Good location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, close to a major mall. The hotel is fairly new, clean, and looks modern. That said, I would not return. The biggest issue is the noise. The hotel sits right next to a busy road near Aventura, and the windows are clearly not soundproof. I had one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. They moved me, but the damage was already done. I was also promised a credit that never showed up. Parking is another downside — about $40 for a basic...

'Nice hotel, really enjoyable, relaxed pool. Great location: Next to the beach and restaurants. Downside: Airco was very noisy and we had to pay a lot of different taxes, local, state, resort, at check out, which took us by surprise.'
