Met wasmachine (met wasmiddel!) en smart tv met veel kanalen. Het was goed te doen met gezin met drie kinderen, één kind sliep op de ruime comfortabele slaapbank. The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami. 'Nice, new apartment in great downtown location. Very comfortable and all needed amenities. Only negative is that we only had hot water 2 of the 3 days. The building is new so it was a building issue and not a host issue. Seemed to be fixed on our last day. Host is very helpful and responsive. Easy parking included with stay. Would recommend.'

'Le mobilier était vieux et usé par le temps et les passages, le réfrigérateur était dans un état catastrophique et la propreté laissait à désirer. Nous avons dû laver tous les draps et les serviettes, le parquet était très abîmé autour du climatiseur et celui-ci était extrêmement bruyant, aucun service de ménage n'était inclus et il n'y avait ni aspirateur ni balai pour faire un peu de ménage.
