The unit is sparsely appointed, sofa uncomfortable, not enough amenities to cook a basic breakfast (no toaster, decent size pan, kitchen towel, napkins, salt/pepper, etc.) You must bring everything yourself. Damage to floors and the bathtub is damaged. If you just need a place to lay your head it’s a great price. If you want to enjoy time in the unit, this may not be the place. '

'Hi I was not under the understanding that this was a shared bathroom unit. I was under the impression you had your own bathroom, / shower. The bedroom is as big as the bed. Little to no room to move around. The people surrounding the area are a bit shady, no one is friendly or inviting. There is a spider dangling down as you try to get thru door. There is 3 sheds and a U-Haul outside. All of it is so suspicious and very concerning. I stayed for 15 minutes before listening to my gut and leaving....

'Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. '
