'My family and I enjoyed this villa so much! The inside looks newly renovated, and the front and back gated patios are perfect, especially if traveling with a small pet. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The host Karin was fantastic during check-in. She let us in early and we had the pleasure of meeting her. We will definitely be back again. '

'10/10 stay. Came for my 30th birthday with 14 friends. The house was just as it was listed. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great. '

'My friends and I rented the house for our spring break, and we had a very enjoyable week. The house was in a great location, being only a 10-minute drive to Hollywood Beach and a 25-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale. We parked in the Margaritaville parking garage, located right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which was only 3/hour. The neighborhood itself was great, as we felt safe all week. Additionally, it was within walking distance to downtown Hollywood which had many restaurants and bars....
